simprob

One less thing…

… and it’s a BIG one to miss!

What simprob does

simprob places the daily call to your probation office’s UA testing hotline, captures the recorded announcement of that day’s assigned color, and sends you the recording and a written transcript by email, and also by text message if you provide a phone number. Placing the daily call is what simprob removes from your day. Listening, reading, and deciding whether your assigned color was called remain yours.

If your assigned color is called on a given day and you do not submit a UA that day, it is a missed UA. A missed UA is a dirty UA. A dirty UA is a probation violation. Violations carry sanctions, up to and including incarceration. People forget to place the daily hotline call. That is the specific problem simprob solves.

What simprob does not do

  • Listen to or read the recording and transcript we deliver.
  • Decide whether your assigned color was called.
  • Get you to the testing location.
  • Submit a UA on your behalf.
  • Contact your probation office, court, or testing facility on your behalf.
  • Assume any responsibility for whether you submit a UA, whether it is on time, or the result of the UA.
